📋 Description

• Create high-performing video ads for socials and adult sites (acquisition)
• Lead editing and post-production of marketing videos
• Collaborate with marketing for concepts and storyboards
• Leverage AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway to speed production
• Maintain strong visual storytelling with rapid, data-informed iterations
• Optimize video content for formats, ratios, and platform guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in video editing for paid marketing campaigns
• Proficiency: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro
• Generative AI tools: Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway
• Storytelling, pacing, motion design, and sound design
• NSFW/adult advertising trends and performance KPIs (CTR, ROAS)
• Fluent English with strong collaboration
