📋 Description

• Create high-performing video ads for socials and adult sites focused on user acquisition.
• Lead the editing and post-production of marketing videos to be visually engaging and conversion-ready.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop concepts and storyboards.
• Leverage AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway) to speed production.
• Maintain strong visual storytelling, adapting to feedback and performance data.
• Optimize video content for various formats, ratios, and channel standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in video editing with a strong paid marketing ads portfolio.
• Deep understanding of storytelling, motion design, and sound design.
• Proven use of generative AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong grasp of NSFW/Adult ad trends (pre-roll, TikTok-style edits).
• Familiarity with KPIs (CTR, CR, CPM, ROAS) and optimizing based on data.
