🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in video editing with ads portfolio.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro.
• Strong storytelling, motion design, and sound design.
• Experience with generative AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway).
• Familiar with NSFW ad trends and KPIs (CTR, CR, CPM, ROAS).
• Fluent English; strong communication and collaboration.
