📋 Description

• Create high-performing video ads for Socials and Adult sites with UA focus
• Lead editing and post-production for marketing videos; visuals and conversions
• Collaborate with marketing/creative teams on concepts and storyboards
• Leverage AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway to accelerate production
• Optimize video content for various formats, ratios, and channels
• Ensure content complies with platform policies and brand guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years editing ads for paid marketing campaigns
• Strong storytelling, pacing, motion design, sound
• AI tools: Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway in editing
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
• Knowledge of NSFW/ad trends; KPI awareness (CTR, ROAS)
• Fluent in English; strong communication; fast, iterative
