📋 Description

• Create high-performing video ads for socials and adult sites
• Lead editing and post-production of marketing videos
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on concepts/storyboards
• Leverage AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway
• Maintain high visual storytelling with rapid iterations
• Optimize video content for formats and channel-specifics

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years editing with a strong ads portfolio
• Storytelling, pacing, motion design, and sound design
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro
• Gen AI tools in editing: Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway
• NSFW/adult ad trends and KPIs (CTR, CR, CPM, ROAS)
• Fluent in English; strong communication and collaboration
