🎯 Requirements

Hard Skills

• 4+ years of video editing with ads portfolio.
• Storytelling, pacing, motion design, and sound design.
• Proven use of generative AI tools in editing workflow.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
• NSFW/Adult ad trends: pre-roll, TikTok-style edits.
• Familiarity with CTR, CR, CPM, ROAS KPIs.
