• Create high-performing video ads for Socials and adult sites.
• Lead editing and post-production for marketing videos.
• Collaborate with marketing on concepts and storyboards.

• Maintain strong visual storytelling with rapid iterations.
• Optimize videos for formats, ratios and channels.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in video editing for paid campaigns
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro
• Generative AI tools: Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway
• NSFW/ad ads knowledge: pre-roll, TikTok edits
• CTR/CR/CPM/ROAS analytics; optimize based on data
• Strong communication; English fluent; goal-oriented
