Mid/Senior Backend Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and build backend services for card issuance and management
• Integrate with core banking, AML, and SWIFT for payments
• Translate third-party docs into concrete integration plans
• Influence product decisions from RFC/PRD to production
• Improve performance and observability (Kafka, Loki, VictoriaMetrics)
• Write unit/functional tests and contribute to CI/CD pipelines

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years backend with Node.js and TypeScript
• Strong SQL: PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Experience writing tests (Jest, Cypress, Vitest)
• Experience building or integrating complex systems
• Proactive by default; own features from idea to prod
• Clear communicator; business-minded
