📋 Description

  • Own full-cycle bookkeeping for Xsolla Berlin GmbH (bank, AP, journal entries)
  • Prepare monthly trial balance, journal entries, and schedules
  • Manage intercompany accounting and reconciliations
  • Ensure German GAAP (HGB) and GoBD compliance
  • Support migration from DATEV to NetSuite
  • Payroll-related accounting entries and liaison with HR/payroll providers

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on accounting/bookkeeping experience
  • Proven experience filing German VAT returns and corporate tax returns
  • Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) or equivalent strong plus
  • Solid knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) and GoBD
  • Practical DATEV experience; NetSuite experience a strong plus
  • Understanding of German VAT fundamentals and invoice compliance
