Middle Product Designer

📋 Description

• Contribute to the design process from research through delivery — wireframes, prototypes
• Develop and maintain components within our existing design system, following established patterns
• Design visually appealing, user-friendly dashboards and data visualizations that surface relevant
• Align design decisions with product goals and user needs; explain reasoning to stakeholders and
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and stakeholders; participate in design workshops and
• Bring AI tools into daily design workflow to work faster and explore ideas

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of product design experience with portfolio showing visual and interaction design in
• Strong knowledge of web guidelines, responsive design, and accessibility
• Analytical mindset; able to simplify dense content for end users; visual polish a plus
• Experience in fintech, healthtech, legaltech, or similar
• Comfortable within an existing design system; scalable reusable patterns
• Proficiency in Figma; usability testing and user interviews; AI-forward mindset
