📋 Description

• Campus Substitute role provides coverage for daily absences and may lead when needed
• Substitute teaches across grade levels and content areas
• Follow lead teacher’s guidelines and school policies
• Maintain records and communicate with students, absent teacher, and leaders
• Participate in professional development and coaching cycles
• Support duties including coverage, bus, lunch, and dismissal as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Deep alignment with KIPP MA’s mission and values
• 2+ years of full-time teaching experience (strongly preferred)
• Computer literacy and baseline familiarity with Google Suite
• Bachelor’s Degree (strongly preferred)
• Pass Criminal Background Checks
