🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of full-time teaching experience
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Deep alignment with KIPP MA mission and values
• Demonstrated ability to drive student growth in a warm, inclusive environment
• Pass Criminal Background Check
• MTEL and SEI endorsements within first year (financial support provided)
