Aide supports students with additional needs to succeed in the classroom
Work with Lead Teacher, residents, and families to meet social and academic growth goals
Assist with curriculum modifications, lesson plans, and learning materials
Provide testing accommodations and supervise tests as needed
Support behavioral interventions and help students develop positive relationships
Collaborate with grade teams, ensure dependable attendance, and support school operations

🎯 Requirements

Associate’s Degree OR 48 college credits OR pass ParaPro with 464+ within 1 year
Experience or training in physical/tactical restraint (preferred)
Experience with ABA techniques for student support (preferred)
Computer literacy; baseline Google Suite skills
Pass Criminal Background Checks
Demonstrated ability to support diverse student needs

🎁 Benefits

Salary: $42,000 - $55,000 per year
Signing bonus of $1,000; annual $2,000 retention bonus where eligible
