📋 Description

• 1:1 or small group support to students with individualized needs
• Assist Lead Teacher with lesson plans and materials
• Provide testing accommodations and assist with testing
• Support behavioral plans and positive reinforcement strategies
• Assist with social interactions and data-informed goal setting
• Collaborate with teams to support student growth and safety

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s Degree OR 48 college credits OR ParaPro score of 464 (within 1 year)
• Experience or training in ABA and behavior support preferred
• Computer literacy; proficient with Google Suite
• Criminal background checks cleared
• Strong communication and adaptability; able to work extended hours if needed
