• Manage key technical relationships with POS providers and restaurants.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years in technical support, operations, or technical account management.
• Experience managing technical projects/implementations.
• POS systems or restaurant tech experience preferred.
• Experience with cloud production systems (GCP/AWS).
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• SQL knowledge; JS or Python familiarity.
