Lead daily field operations at customer deployments to support tests.
Coordinate test plans and work schedules of Test Specialists and Vehicle Operators.
Partner with test engineering teams to align field execution with technical goals.
Promote a strong safety culture; escalate risks to the Safety team.
Facilitate site-level risk assessments to inform planning and vendor readiness.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in field operations, mining, AV testing, robotics, or industrial settings.
Proven leadership in deployment environments.
Strong vendor/contractor management; ability to drive outcomes.
Comfort in rugged, dynamic environments with high tempo.
