• Execute services and catering/event requests per schedules to ensure guest satisfaction
• Set up, execute, and break down services/events; maintain safety and organization
• Collaborate with team to meet time/quality standards with urgency
• Prepare drinks, including handcrafted cocktails, with recipe and waste control
• Maintain beverage service guidelines and food safety/sanitation practices
• Interact professionally with guests and colleagues, delivering strong customer service

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years in mixology or cocktail preparation
• 5+ years food service in customer service
• 2+ years leadership experience
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of allergen identification and dietary restrictions
