ML Research Engineer / Scientist

📋 Description

• Design, train, and evaluate ML models for CT studies at the study level
• Research foundation-model approaches for medical imaging at large scale
• Develop vision-language models linking images and radiology terminology
• Identify multiple urgent findings with safe operating points
• Run end-to-end experiments from idea to production
• Build custom architectures, training pipelines, and distributed training

🎯 Requirements

• Strong practical ML/DL experience, PyTorch focus
• Deep understanding of ML architectures, objectives, and training
• Ability to formulate hypotheses, run experiments, iterate
• Rigorous experimentation, evaluation, reproducibility, validation
• Experience with large-scale datasets and distributed training
• Interest in high-impact, real-world ML reliability
