ML Research Engineer / Scientist

📋 Description

• Design, develop, train, and evaluate ML models for interpreting CT studies
• Research foundation-model approaches for medical imaging at scale
• Develop vision-language models connecting images with radiology terminology
• Identify and prioritize multiple urgent clinical findings
• Design experiments from hypothesis to training and analysis
• Develop custom architectures, pipelines, loss functions, distributed training

🎯 Requirements

• Strong ML/DL experience, esp. PyTorch for custom models and experiments
• Deep understanding of architectures, objectives, optimization, and training
• Ability to formulate hypotheses, design experiments, and iterate
• Rigorous experimentation, evaluation, reproducibility, and validation
• Experience with large-scale datasets and distributed training
• Interest in solving technically challenging problems with real-world impact
