ML Research Engineer / Scientist

📋 Description

• Design, develop, train, and evaluate ML models for interpreting complete CT studies at the study
• Research foundation-model approaches for medical imaging (3D, volumetric learning at scale).
• Develop and investigate vision-language models linking medical images with radiology terminology
• Identify and prioritize multiple urgent clinical findings with safe operating points.
• Design and execute independent experiments from hypothesis to production-ready results.
• Develop custom architectures, training pipelines, loss functions, and distributed training

🎯 Requirements

• Strong practical experience with modern ML/DL, especially PyTorch for custom architectures and
• Deep understanding of why architectures and optimization strategies work, not just existing code.
• Ability to formulate hypotheses, design experiments, interpret results, and iterate toward better
• Rigorous experimentation, evaluation, reproducibility, and model validation expertise.
• Experience with large-scale datasets and distributed training is highly valuable.
• Interest in solving technically challenging problems with real-world impact.
