ML Research Engineer / Scientist

📋 Description

• Design and train ML models for interpreting complete CT studies.
• Research foundation-model approaches for medical imaging at large scale.
• Develop vision-language models linking images with radiology terminology.
• Identify and prioritize multiple urgent findings with safe operating points.
• Execute end-to-end experiments from hypothesis to production readiness.
• Collaborate with radiologists, ML/Software engineers to deploy robust systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong practical experience with ML/DL, esp. PyTorch for custom models.
• Deep understanding of ML architectures, objectives, optimization, training.
• Ability to formulate hypotheses and run independent experiments.
• Rigorous experimentation, evaluation, reproducibility, and validation.
• Experience with large-scale datasets and distributed training.
• Interest in technically challenging problems with real-world impact.
