ML Research Engineer / Scientist

📋 Description

• Design, train, and evaluate ML models for interpreting CT studies at the study level.
• Research foundation-models for medical imaging at large scale.
• Develop vision-language models linking images to radiology reporting.
• Identify multiple urgent findings with safe operating points.
• Run end-to-end experiments from idea to production readiness.
• Build custom architectures, training pipelines, and distributed training.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong practical experience with ML/DL, esp. PyTorch for custom models.
• Deep understanding of architectures, objectives, optimizations, training.
• Ability to formulate hypotheses, design experiments, and iterate.
• Rigorous experimentation, evaluation, and reproducibility focus.
• Experience with large-scale datasets and distributed training is valuable.
• Interest in solving technically challenging, real-world problems.
