ML Research Engineer / Scientist

📋 Description

• Design and train ML models to interpret CT studies at the study level.
• Research foundation-model approaches for medical imaging (3D/volumetric).
• Develop vision-language models linking medical images with radiology terminology.
• Identify and prioritize multiple urgent findings with safe operating points.
• Run end-to-end experiments from hypothesis to deployment readiness.
• Develop custom architectures, training pipelines, losses, and distributed training.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong practical experience with ML/DL, using PyTorch for custom architectures and experiments.
• Deep understanding of why architectures and training strategies work, not just implementations.
• Ability to formulate hypotheses, design experiments, interpret results, and iterate.
• Experience with rigorous experimentation, evaluation, reproducibility, and model validation.
• Experience with large-scale datasets and distributed training is valuable.
• Interest in solving technically challenging problems with real-world impact.
