Mobile Application Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of mobile engineers; conduct 1:1s and career development.
• Set technical direction across iOS, Android, and cross-platform tech.
• Partner with Product to translate requirements into actionable roadmaps.
• Develop offline-first mobile apps with reliability, security, and performance.
• Establish engineering standards, processes, and quality expectations.
• Review designs and guide MVVM, Clean Architecture, and REST API work.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years native iOS with Swift; 3+ years in engineering leadership
• Exposure to Android (Kotlin/Jetpack) and cross-platform trade-offs
• Experience leading mission-critical, offline-first apps
• Swift 5.x, SwiftUI, UIKit, CoreData, CoreLocation, Xcode, Git
• CI/CD and mobile automation (Fastlane, GitHub Actions)
• REST, JSON, authentication, data sync, WebViews
