Mobile Product Manager

📋 Description

• Lead mobile product strategy for Nextiva's CX platform (Voice, SMS, chat, email, social)
• Own features across front-office mobile experiences and back-office agent workflows
• Collaborate with engineering, design, GTM, and analytics teams for launches and iterations
• Partner with Lead PM to drive a mobile-first roadmap for SMB and Mid-Market

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years PM experience, with 1–2 years mobile (iOS/Android)
• Experience with CX/communication products and contact center mobile workflows
• Proficient with AI in product work; daily use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT)
• Familiar with feature flagging (LaunchDarkly, Firebase), A/B testing, telemetry
• Strong data-driven mindset; able to analyze usage and drive iteration
• Technically conversant with engineers on APIs, SDKs, latency, platform constraints
