Mobile Staff QA Engineer I

📋 Description

• Own and evolve the mobile quality strategy across iOS and Android.
• Design and maintain scalable mobile automation frameworks; integrate into CI/CD.
• Define testing approaches for mobile lifecycle, links, push, permissions, biometrics, gestures
• Lead quality practices across tooling and use signals to reduce production risks.
• Mentor QA engineers in mobile automation, test design, and validation practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years QA engineering experience testing native iOS/Android apps (manual and automated).
• Advanced mobile automation frameworks experience (Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, Maestro).
• Proficiency in Kotlin/Swift; programming in Java, TestNG, JUnit.
• Experience with real-device testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, AWS Device Farm, Firebase
• CI/CD and release tooling (Fastlane, Bitrise, App Center, TestFlight, Google Play Console
• Mobile debugging, crash reporting, observability tools (adb, logcat, Xcode Instruments, Android
