Mobility Analysts, Mobility Engineers, VTC Analysts & Senior VTC Engineers (CBP)

📋 Description

• Keep devices and conferencing rooms working for CBP users
• Work across Mobility and VTC tracks (Analyst, Engineer, Senior Engineer)
• Balance hands-on support with engineering to help field users
• Collaborate with network, cloud, and security teams
• Location-based, hybrid work arrangement in Ashburn, VA
• CBP BI clearance and US citizenship preferred

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with device management, enrollment, and update rollout
• Experience with conferencing and room systems
• Active CBP BI or eligibility to process; ability to obtain EOD beneficial
• US Citizenship required
• Strong problem-solving and cross-vendor collaboration
• Willingness to operate in a hybrid work model
