• Lead the evolution of the 3D mockup production operation, managing three Design Team Leads and an
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement streamlined workflows, automation, and operational
• Align design operations with merchant needs by translating customer feedback, e-commerce trends
• Monitor production metrics and visual asset performance to improve efficiency, quality, conversion
• Evaluate and introduce practical AI tools that enhance designer productivity and the production
• Lead capacity planning and resource allocation, maximizing ROI of visual asset production.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading, managing, and developing technical, creative, 3D design, or comparable
• Experience in a platform, SaaS, e-commerce, or scalable tech environment.
• Strong understanding of how creative and technical operations scale digital products and customer
• Process-optimization mindset with automation and workflow improvements to reduce repetitive work.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging design tech to boost team productivity.
• Analytical skills to use metrics for scheduling and resource decisions.
