🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience responding to incidents/escalations in gaming or social platforms.
• Excellent cross-functional communication, including with leadership.
• Experience on trust and safety teams or policy/content moderation.
• Interest in online safety, policy development, regulations, trends.
• Strong project management, prioritization, and ability to build processes from scratch.
