📋 Description

• Develop and manage scalable billing and collection processes for complex user agreements and new
• Build scalable onboarding processes for new and existing users.
• Onboard sold custom contracts into billing systems.
• Collaborate with legal, sales ops, engineering and accounting to improve contract reviews and adapt
• Assist account managers with onboarding inquiries, billing, and collections.
• Advocate for customers and share feedback to improve Stripe user experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Management or related field; 4 years of
• 3 years experience in: tracing process impacts, payment industry, GSuite & Excel, working with
• Proven ability to create high-quality presentations documenting insights and influence business
• Experience with digital workflow design, dashboard design, data visualization (Tableau), and KPI
• Forecast modeling experience.

🎁 Benefits

• Salary: $152,069 - $199,200 per year; additional sales bonuses/commissions may apply.
• 40 hours/week; 50% telecommuting permitted; up to 25% international travel.
