Monitoring Platform Engineer (Senior)

📋 Description

• Perform hands-on configuration, deployment, tuning, and sustainment of monitoring solutions.
• Develop dashboards, alerts, and automation using Splunk SOAR/Ansible, along with event management
• Support integration testing and production rollout activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate monitoring requirements into scalable
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
• Document configurations, standard operating procedures, and lessons learned to support knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience configuring and supporting enterprise monitoring tools in secured
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and CMDB integration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across monitoring, alerting, and telemetry pipelines.
• Ability to work independently in a secured, enterprise environment with minimal oversight.
