🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
5+ years in mortgage operations, collateral management, document custody, loan servicing
Strong knowledge of residential mortgage documentation and chain-of-custody practices.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Experience with document custodians and county recording processes a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Excel/Office.
