πŸ“‹ Description

  • Review, manage, and resolve CH Back-End tickets timely.
  • Assist payoff quote requests from CH and lenders.
  • Process account closures end-to-end (Self-Serve and internal).
  • Handle account-closing unblock requests and post payments per controls.
  • Prepare reconveyance requests for audit review; coordinate with ProTitle.
  • Manage flood and HOI renewals; coordinate with agencies to resolve issues.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in mortgage servicing, loan ops, insurance servicing, or financial services (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of account closure, payoff processing, reconveyance, and renewals.
  • Familiarity with OFAC compliance and audit processes (a plus).
  • Must be from the Philippines.
  • Can work Pacific Timezone (PT).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented with multitasking.
