Mortgage Loan Originator - Outside

📋 Description

• Originate residential mortgage loans in accordance with applicable lending regulations, policies
• Conduct borrower interviews to collect financial information, understand individual circumstances
• Review applicant financial documentation and help determine appropriate loan programs based on
• Educate prospective and existing clients on available mortgage products, terms, requirements, and
• Prepare and submit complete loan applications to processing and underwriting teams for review and
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date borrower and loan information within the applicable loan

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or a degree is preferred.
• Valid NMLS license as required by applicable state and federal regulations.
• Previous professional experience in mortgage lending, banking, financial services, or a related
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, negotiation, and verbal and written communication
• Ability to understand borrower needs and explain financial products and processes clearly.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple applications, priorities
