Verification: Verify borrower documents (income, credit, assets, title, appraisals).
Guideline Application: Apply agency/investor guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, VA).
Risk Assessment: Identify risks in loan files and provide recommendations.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely loan processing.

🎯 Requirements

Experience: Mortgage underwriting across Conventional, FHA/VA, and Non-QM.
Knowledge: TRID compliance and agency/investor guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, VA).
Analytical Skills: Analyze borrower documentation and assess risk.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or comparable work experience in financial services.
Requirements: Flexibility to work US Pacific time (7 AM–7 PM with 1-hour break).
Must live in the Philippines.
