Scan hard copy loan app to system for access by others.
Understand underwriting submission requirements before submission.
Order services needed on the file and track status to minimize delays.
Address conditions after loan decision with internal/external parties for final approval.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years experience as a mortgage loan processor.
Experience with high net worth/non-conforming/jumbo loans preferred.
Ability to calculate income.
Ability to review and interpret asset statements.
Review and detect issues with Title and Appraisals.
Strong communication, mortgage skills, analytical and organizational abilities.
