Scan hard copies to system for access to all documents
Understand underwriting submission requirements before submission
Order services and track status from order to receipt
Coordinate with parties to address conditions after underwriter decision and schedule settlement

🎯 Requirements

3+ years as a mortgage loan processor
Experience with high net worth/non-conforming/jumbo loans
Ability to calculate income and review asset statements
Review and detect issues with Title and Appraisals
Strong communication, Mortgage knowledge, and analytical skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to flexible scheduling
