Mortgage Product Development Manager

📋 Description

• Own lender relationships, products, and internal knowledge base for RenoFi's renovation lending
• Lead onboarding of new lenders and portal setup, integrating into RenoFi systems
• Develop training materials and collateral with Marketing for lenders/products
• Manage ongoing lender administration, pricing, renewals, and termination terms
• Serve as escalation point for pricing/underwriting issues needing lender-side intervention
• Provide leadership dashboards: volume by lender, margin, and concentration risk

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in mortgage with product development/management, underwriting, secondary marketing, or
• Deep literac y across agency, non-agency, home equity, and renovation lending
• Experience managing investor/correspondent/wholesale lender relationships; credit union experience
• Strong LO/underwriter scenario chops; ability to structure difficult files
• Writer for guides, LO comms, and marketing reviews; high Wiki standards
• Hands-on operator who does the work, not just delegating
