📋 Description

• Own lender relationships, product development, onboarding, administration, and knowledge systems
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge base to support complex lending scenarios.
• Evaluate lender partnerships, negotiate relationships, and turn learnings into scalable processes.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on lender strategy, product breadth, profitability, and risk.
• Operate with ownership and execution in a hands-on mortgage professional role.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of mortgage industry experience in product development, management, underwriting, or
• Deep product knowledge across agency, non-agency, home equity, renovation lending, including
• Proven experience managing investor/correspondent/wholesale lender relationships; credit union
• Strong loan scenario and underwriting expertise; ability to analyze complex files and determine
• Excellent writing skills for lender guides, product docs, training materials, and marketing content.
• Independent, self-starting, ownership-focused with strong prioritization to handle multiple
