• 3+ years leading mortgage underwriting or QA teams.
• Deep expertise in borrower eligibility, income, assets, and credit.
• Expert knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA programs.
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills and QA trend analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
