🎯 Requirements

5+ years in Motion Creative Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio
Advanced proficiency in After Effects and 3D design software
Experience creating motion for digital marketing, social, and web
Familiarity with AI-powered motion tools; basic Figma preferred
Strong typography, color theory, layout, and design principles
Excellent English communication (B2+)
