Motion Designer

📋 Description

• Create motion across every channel for product launches, social content, paid campaigns
• Bring AI products to life with demos, UI animations, explainers, typography and social assets
• Develop motion concepts from objectives, not just briefs
• Design channel-specific assets for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, etc., adapting formats and aspect
• Experiment quickly, test hooks and styles, and build reusable variations
• Collaborate with Educational Content Producer, Video Editor and Graphic Designer to maintain visual

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of motion design experience with a strong portfolio
• Strong After Effects proficiency and Adobe Creative Cloud familiarity
• Excellent motion fundamentals: typography, composition, timing, visual hierarchy
• End-to-end ownership from concept to delivery within brand systems
• Digital and social fluency for formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios
• Speed and execution focus; able to ship high-quality work quickly
