🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in motion design or similar creative role with a strong portfolio showing
• Bachelor’s degree in animation or related design field.
• Deep expertise in motion graphics and animation; strong understanding of animation principles.
• Experience working in agile environments with tools such as Jira.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe After Effects; ability to articulate design decisions and
