Motion Graphics experience for social media (short-form aesthetics)
Proficient in Adobe After Effects; experience with Photoshop & Illustrator
Experience with AI tools to optimize workflows
Understanding of short-form storytelling structure: Hook, Retention, Conflict, CTA
English at Upper-Intermediate+ level for English content
Strong ownership, independent decision-making, and defend your position
