MS - NOC Apprentice/Intern (6 months)

📋 Description

• Monitor client IT infrastructure—servers, networks, apps, and cloud
• Identify, acknowledge, and respond to alerts per runbooks/SOPs
• Log incidents, document observations, escalate to senior engineers
• Perform routine health checks on systems, devices, and services
• Coordinate with internal teams during incident resolution
• Assist in generating daily/weekly/monthly operational reports

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering/CS-related field; 2026 grads welcomed
• Basic networking concepts: OSI, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
• Analytical mindset; calm under pressure; good communication
• Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts (nights & weekends)
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and maintain knowledge base
• Interest in IT infrastructure, cloud, or cybersecurity
