📋 Description

• Field-based scientific expert supporting Hematology/Oncology objectives across product life cycle
• Primary AbbVie science communicator within a geography to healthcare professionals
• Collaborates across departments; may support clinical development and pipeline work
• Individual contributor role with ongoing capability development
• Travel up to 75% to cover territory requirements
• Territory includes WA, OR, MT, ID, NV, AK

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree preferred; Doctorate strongly preferred in health/clinical sciences
• 2+ years clinical, scientific/research, or industry experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving, analytics, and ability to translate needs into actions
• Leadership attributes aligned with AbbVie initiatives
• Skills in scientific storytelling, mobilizers, powerful questions, and active listening
• HCIR credentialing requirements and ability to travel up to 75%
