  • Execute high impact territory initiatives and develop HCP/Investigator engagement plans aligned
  • Identify and develop professional relationships with external experts in assigned geography.
  • Deliver on territory plan objectives, meet deadlines, and document data observations (DPOs).
  • Apply segmentation, DPOs, and optimal resource utilization in field activities.
  • Maintain compliance with corporate policies and documentation related to HCP interactions.
  • Provide education on disease state, landscape, and AbbVie products to healthcare providers.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Advanced degree preferred; doctorate strongly preferred in health science or clinical discipline.
  • 2+ years of clinical/scientific/research or industry experience preferred.
  • Proven problem solving and analytics to translate needs into actions.
  • Demonstrated leadership aligned with company initiatives and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to learn scientific storytelling, mobilizers, and active listening.
  • Must meet HCIR credentialing requirements and be willing to travel up to 75%.
