  • Willingness to develop/apply trauma-focused treatment approaches (e.g., TF-CBT, Prolonged Exposure)
  • Experience teaching, training, presenting, or consulting to clinical/professional audiences
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and cross-level relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently in remote, travel-heavy settings; valid U.S. driver’s license
