🎯 Requirements

At least 3 years 0experience in sales, service, asset mgmt in property mgmt or similar
1-3 years leading a team
Proven leader with mentoring and coaching abilities
Demonstrated ability using sales metrics to drive results
Understanding of financials and budgets
Knowledge of OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce or similar tools
