🎯 Requirements

Good hands-on knowledge of MySQL and InnoDB
Experience with MySQL ecosystem tools and technologies
Performance tuning, query and index optimization
Backup solutions like Xtrabackup, mydumper; Point-in-Time-Recovery
High-availability concepts (replication, routers, proxies)
Zero-downtime procedures, monitoring requirements
